Hotel & Travel
Do I have to stay at the Flamingo Hotel?
Yes, please. We have negotiated a discounted group room block rate exclusively for conference attendees, which allows our conference fees to be lower. The Flamingo is our official conference hotel and the primary venue for all sessions, workshops, and evening events, so staying on-site is the most convenient option.
When does the hotel room block close?
The discounted room block at the Flamingo Hotel is available on a first-come, first-served basis and typically closes 3–4 weeks before the conference or when the block sells out — whichever comes first. We strongly encourage early booking. Once the block closes, rooms may still be available at the regular rate, subject to hotel availability.
What is the Pink Carpet Event?
The Pink Carpet Event is our signature evening celebration — a glamorous, community-centered gathering that brings the joy and heart of the EFT world to life off the stage. Think elegant cocktail reception, live entertainment, meaningful connection, and a whole lot of pink. It’s a space to celebrate the work we do, the community we’ve built, and the practitioners who show up for their clients every day. Dress code is cocktail attire. And yes, pink is strongly encouraged! Is the Pink Carpet Event included in my registration?
The answer is most-likely. The two day and three day conference tickets include the Pink Carpet Event. Make sure to review your purchase.Sponsorship & Vendors
Can I be a sponsor?
Absolutely! We welcome sponsors whose mission aligns with our values of healing, connection, and clinical excellence. Sponsorship packages range from logo placement and exhibitor tables to speaking opportunities and branded event sponsorships (including the Pink Carpet Event). Can I have a vendor table or exhibit?
Yes! We have a dedicated exhibitor area where organizations, authors, publishers, training programs, and therapy-adjacent businesses can set up a table. Exhibitor space is available for purchase and is separate from a conference registration. Preference is given to vendors whose products and services directly support EFT practitioners and their clients.Community & Inclusion
Is this a safe community for BIPOC attendees and practitioners of diverse backgrounds?
Creating a genuinely inclusive, affirming, and safe space for BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and all marginalized practitioners is not a checkbox for us, it is a core commitment. We actively work to center diverse voices in our speaker lineup, panelists, and leadership. Our conference code of conduct is enforced, and we have a clear process for reporting any concerns during the event. We also intentionally design programming that acknowledges the intersection of trauma, culture, and identity in clinical work. We are always learning and welcome feedback. If you have specific questions or needs ahead of the conference, please reach out.Is this conference open to non-EFT therapists or other mental health professionals?
Yes! While the EFT Triage Conference is centered on Emotionally Focused Therapy, we warmly welcome psychologists, social workers, licensed counselors, marriage and family therapists, and other mental health professionals who are curious about EFT or looking to deepen their relational work. You do not need prior EFT training to attend, though some pre-conference workshops may have recommended prerequisites listed in their descriptions.
