Licensed Clinical Psychologist Lisa Blum, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in helping couples and families build healthier, more secure relationships through an attachment-based lens. She is an ICEEFT-Certified Therapist and Supervisor in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and brings deep expertise in sexuality, intimacy, and relational connection.
About Lisa Blum, PsyD
Lisa Blum, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist (PSY#19790) with a private practice in Pasadena, California, where she works with individuals, couples, and families. Her clinical approach integrates attachment theory and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to support meaningful, lasting relational change. In addition to psychotherapy, Dr. Blum provides supervision, professional training, and public speaking on topics related to couples, family dynamics, parenting, and intimacy.
Since the beginning of her career, Dr. Blum has been actively engaged in teaching, research, and clinical practice in the field of sexuality. She currently co-facilitates weekend workshops for couples seeking to deepen and enrich their sexual and emotional connection. Alongside her colleague, Dr. Silvina Irwin, she also leads consultation groups for mental health professionals who are refining their skills in thoughtfully integrating sexuality into couples therapy work.
