The EFT Triage Conference is a place where clinicians of all races, ethnicities, national origins, cultures, and languages belong. Where every gender identity, sexual orientation, relationship structure, and family configuration is not just tolerated but genuinely celebrated. Where your religious, spiritual, or secular worldview has a seat at the table, right next to the person whose worldview looks nothing like yours.
Whether you are a seasoned EFT trainer or showed up because you finally Googled “what even is attachment theory,” you belong here. Whether you work in a fancy private practice or a community clinic held together with grant funding and sheer willpower, you belong here. Whether you have a disability, a tight budget, or both, we are actively working to make sure you can be fully present with us.
Here is the thing: the couples and families we work with are beautifully, wildly diverse. They bring every combination of identity, culture, and complexity into our offices. If we want to do right by them, we have to do right by each other first. That starts at this conference.
We are not perfect. We are committed. There is a difference, and we think that honesty matters. We will keep learning, keep listening, and keep building a community worthy of the work we all showed up to do. While we will do our best to create a safe experience, we know some won’t feel safe.
If you have any concerns, we will have someone on staff to handle it. You will be able to have direct private communicaiton and as a team, we will handle the situation.
